GreenStreet^® is an outdoor lighting system delivered by the company Capelon AB. GreenStreet can in its simplest application be used to turn on and off small lighting segments, whilst at the same time enabling advanced monitoring and dimming of individual light points in large installations. Regardless of the setup, the system is based on the same basic components. Due to this, GreenStreet is a highly flexible system, which can be gradually adjusted to meet increasing demands for energy savings, effective maintenance, traffic safety and environment.

Today still many streetlight systems use a twilight relay or an astronomical clock to control when to turn on or off the lights. The majority of these systems are standalone systems without possibilities of remote monitoring. Manual inspection of these systems is both costly and risky, as faults which are not discovered can have a significant impact on traffic safety. By selecting GreenStreets streetlight controller SC-200, you can choose to connect the system to an operations centre as well as save energy by using dimming functions.
